DFW HOME PRICES FELL IN NOVEMBER
DALLAS (Dallas Morning News) – Dallas-Fort Worth home prices dropped 4.2 percent in November compared with a year earlier, according to the latest Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller Home Price Index report.
This is the fifth consecutive month that home prices have dropped in the DFW area. The decrease was significantly worse than the overall 1.6 percent year-over-year decline.
The company reported that home prices started falling again in July after eight months of consecutive gains.
